FAQs

Pricing

The cost of your product will vary. Shirts, for example can have a wide range of cost depending on the fabric type, quality, brand, and quantity. A simple 50/50 cotton/polyester blend can range from $6-$20. Because of this, I like to talk to you about your needs before a final quote is given.

Is there a minimum order?

No

How long before my custom order ships?

To give you the best outcome for your custom product, it takes time. Usually 2 weeks and sometimes less for a rush. Communication with you during the production process is very important.

Can I get my order delivered?

We do deliver if the delivery address is in the Sevier County area. Otherwise, all orders are shipped.

What are the shipping costs?

I try to structure my orders from suppliers to avoid shipping the unfinished product to me. After completion, if you are outside of my delivery area, there are shipping costs.

Screen printing vs. heat transfer?

Screen printing is the process of pressing ink through a screen to produce an image. It requires curing the shirt or whatever the substrate is with heat to set the ink into the fabric. Heat transfer uses heat to press an image into a shirt. The image is a special sticker made of vinyl or other material that permanently sets into the substrate.

Can you create my design?

Sometimes. I am not a graphic artist. I will develop simple ideas you may have beyond the basic set up of the artwork. Usually, customers bring their own designs and logos. To arrive at the printing stage, artwork will probably need to be developed into a vector format which can be done by me as part of the set charge, or with the help of a graphic artist at a reasonable charge.

What format should I use to send my artwork?

If you have a vectored image, that is great. If you don't, PNG or JPG is okay.

Do you have set up costs?

Yes.
